• Gifts can only be refunded to the original purchaser, not gift recipient. 

• If you received a promotional/ free item with your order, you must return the promotional/ free item to qualify for a return.

• We do not charge a restocking fee.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• You are responsible for return shipping charges.
