These workouts are intended to be done when you have 15-30 minutes of extra time. Or if you're short on time and want a good sweat. 3 flavors of fun brings in high level of intensity. Some of the workouts have fixed number of reps and others have ranges. If the workout has an option for you to decide the number of reps; FIGHT! to stick with the reps you choose no matter how tough it gets.
