Regardless of your age, size or skill level, Musclecity Barbell is the box for the best selection of coaches, members and equipment around. If you’re a beginner, we’ll stand by your side for maximum assistance until you’re reading to fly with your new CrossFit family in a group setting. You’ll scale up in no time—and grow right along with us!
  • CrossFit

    Our main program and the foundation for our fitness community, CrossFit consists of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. We use a number of fitness elements to improve all aspects of your health and fitness to get in the best shape of your life. Your strength, stamina, speed, balance, coordination and flexibility will all improve substantially once you begin our CrossFit program.

    Our CrossFit classes consist of a Workout of the Day (WOD), where you’ll join your fellow classmates in exercises that change daily. You’ll never get bored with our CrossFit program, as each day’s activity provides something new and exciting. Classes are intentionally capped to prevent group sizes from becoming too large. This isn’t a “normal” gym where you’re only a number or a face in the crowd. Our CrossFit classes focus on creating a welcoming environment where you’ll receive personalized attention from our trainers and participate alongside other members cheering you on to be your best.

    These classes are perfect for anyone looking to improve their health and performance. Each CrossFit class is an hour long and includes the warm-up, skill progression, workout of the day (WOD), and a cool-down. We offer goal based programming: Fitness and Sport.

  • Olympic Weightlifting

    We offer Olympic Weightlifting classes as the perfect supplement for athletes seeking to develop explosive strength and power as well as improve speed, coordination and flexibility. Don’t be fooled by the sometimes-large exterior, Olympic lifters are some of the most flexible athletes in the world. This class can (and should) be utilized by men and women, young and old.

    Our focus is on the two formal Olympic lifts – the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. We also use elements of the squat, press and deadlift to help you improve your form and add weight to the bar. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes will help you master proper technique as well as providing you with the training and edge you need should you want to pursue professional lifting as a sport.

  • CrossFit Gymnastics

    Build strength, coordination, balance and, flexibility in our CrossFit Gymnastics class! This class is a body weight movement class that last for 1 hour. The focus of the class is to teach you how to advance your movements, such as handstand pushups, pull ups, rope climbs, muscle ups, handstand walks, and more!

  • Private Coaching

    As personal as it gets. Private coaching works best for those looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique or prepare for an event. The one-on-one experience gives the athlete the most attention is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Private coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability. We offer these in 30- and 60-minute sessions.
